March Promptlies >> Week 2 Wrap-up! & Giveaway Update

Today wraps up the second week of my link-up!
I had so much fun with this prompt!  It's probably my favorite so far.  But I'm definitely looking forward to the next.
*squeals* Can't wait to share with you!!!

If you missed adding your link for this week, please do so in the comments section on the original (Week 2's) post

Tomorrow begins Week 3!  Are you ready for the next prompt??
Hope you've had/are having as much fun as I!  Even if it's just me at least one other blogger joining in, this is quite enjoyable & SO GOOD for me right now.  It's not demanding, I have an entire week to write a max of 1,000 for a fun little story---and as I've seen in the first two weeks, I've had them ready by Wednesday each time!  :D

I don't know if I mentioned this previously, but my whole purpose of hosting this in March is to prepare for April's Camp NaNo!  In my thinking, it's the perfect opportunity to refresh the mind for your Camp project, and/or give ideas in choosing said project.

I know this is the middle of March now, and I'm still not sure if I'll take part in Camp this time around, but if so, there's still time to choose what story to work on & get in a cabin.  :]
What about YOU?  Are you joining in??

All that said, I've some info in regards to the potential GIVEAWAY!

IF this little blog manages to bring in 10 more loverly beans, I've got a loverly prize pack in the works for one winner (US only) sometime in April.  It will feature a book (duh), as well as a select few bookish items (yet TBD).  :]

I tried to pick a novel that's not too well known (if at all) AND is one I really enjoyed.  And I debated on announcing what it was today. . . but obviously I gave in.  ;D

. . .

. . .

. . .

and the prize will be featured around. . .

Have you read this one yet???  If so, what did you think?  I'd love to know!  {Read my Goodreads review here!}  In my opinion, it's a great fantasy/sci-fi read, and one I would heartily recommend to all my peeps. (Even my hubby liked it!)

BTW, this is a retelling of a classic.  Shhhhhh. . .  Can anyone guess which one??

If you haven't read it, do you think it's one you might?  :]  Stay tuned!  I'll letcha know whether or not we have a go on the giveaway.

Happy weekend!! <3 <3 <3

To each is given a bag of tools,
A shapeless mass, and a book of rules,
And each must make, ere life is flown,
A stumbling block or a stepping stone.
