Welcome, friend! Relax & rest awhile, if you please. I'm an ordinary girl, a follower of Christ, mama to Gabriel, Heidi, & Aidan; and wife to Evan. June Promptlies >> Week 3 Wrap-up

Hullo, my lovelies!  It's the weekend!
And it's officially Summertime! Though to be honest, I think our summers here in the South begin in MAY. . .

Anywho, just popping in for a quick wrap-up.

SO.
It's TERRIBLE when the actual hostess of a linkup fails to share a post herself to said linkup. . . O_o  But alas, that is EXACTLY what happened this week.  I feel like I hit a literal wall of stone every time I sat down to write something.  I know this is a prompt, meant to HELP with this kinda thing, but perhaps there comes a time when a writer needs a week to gather the thoughts & ideas and try again later, right?

So that's what ima do.  :D
Tomorrow is the last & final prompt for June's Promptlies!  I've had such fun getting back into writing, it was just a bummer about this last week.  But honestly, life happens! and I'm totally okay with that.  This linkup is meant to be a fun & relaxing way to reboot the creative juices in your writing department---certainly NOT something to stress over!

That said, have a marvelous Sunday!
